Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Am I the only one getting los of 0s for recent cars in Failcat Telluride Lookup? Do they shut down on weekends, During most of the December holiday season or is Failcat being blocked
@bigsugar - can you elaborate? There's lots of information on FailCat on this site if you do search, but a quick summary is that the results are about 24 hours behind, and they do shutdown on weekends, so you won't see many/any results sunday and monday. It updates periodically and the big updates are generally early in the morning.
If you're on a VPN, the window stickers might be blocked, but you should be able to get to failcat.
Kia's server for VIN has been down for few days. (I am pretty sure) Failcat pulls information based on VIN generated on Kia's server. Kia server seems to be back so I assume Failcat will update with new info when it refreshes for tomorrow.
