I think this describes more than a few of us on this forum. The timing in your case is nearly identical to mine and like you, I've been checking failcat regularly.

A big shout out to the folk(s) who set up and tweaked failcat!

I may be wrong but I feel like it always slows down around the time the kfos opens up.

Could very well just be an artifact of Kia’s production cycling down before they acquire the next batch.

Are you looking at weekend days? Those days will be lower.

Actually, it doesn't look like there is much of a drop on Sat or Sun.

To me, the pattern looks like there is a gap of 5- 9 days in reporting at or near the middle of the month. I'm far from an expert in this, but that seems to coincide with @Key2me12's speculation that things tend to slow at the time of KFOS entries. If so, we can expect few if any updates until after the 15th or so.

Been stalking too. My ETA is 9/11 and I'm hoping my VIN shows up soon. Also, I went to that thread that was linked ( History of VIN lookup/ phases) and it really doesn't explain why there were so little vehicles listed over the past couple days.

Just a reminder to all of the fairly new members, the Georgia plant does produce for other locations and other models. Failcat only shows US production. They could be building a lot of Canadian models or others (or not). Isn't speculation fun?

Right? My salesperson said their orders have been coming in 2 weeks earlier than expected so now I'm Wish he didn't say anything

I did a completely unscientific survey of failcat postings for what I'm sure is an unrepresentative sample. About half had no postings after 8/8, and the other half had on average one posting during the period from 8/8 to today. This is consistent with the general pattern of a substantial slowdown at mid-month and if things follow what appears to be the historical trend, we should see things pick up dramatically around the 15th.

My takeaway is that if those of us eagerly anticipating our new Tellurides are patient for a few more days, we will be rewarded with some positive news . . .
