• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I’m a little confused about the floor mats. I have an SX on order from a dealer who already has the Telly on order. Does the truck come with ANY floor mats standard ? I see carpeted floor mats as a $210 option. What does the SX come with standard ? Anything ? Thanks

Are you thinking mats should be included for 50K. ;-)
My thoughts exactly. Guess I should buy mats and take them with me when I pick the truck up.

Mine came with Weathertechs so I shouldn't complain. I've seen some really good deals here on the classifieds and Ebay for the whole set for $50-75. Hard to believe they would sell a new car with no floor mats.

Personally; I would like no mats because I put WeatherTech’s in my vehicles. My Telly came with them with the $210 price. They’re now in the WeatherTech box in storage

Last car I had was an aud8i allroad and that $53,000 didn't come with free mats either.

Two sets of mats are a standard in western PA. The placement of the winter mats signifies the start of winter and the removal and insert if the carpeted mats is the first sign of spring! HAHA. I like the look of the car with carpet mats much better than the winter mats. Black plastic or vinyl mats look dirty most of the time and only stay clean for a few days. Again, my opinion.

That seems like a city thing; our WeatherTechs stay in year round. Our shoes pickup rocks, grass clippings, weed and dirt all the time

That's what we did. Dealer didn't even blink am eye. We just brought the front 2, installed the rear when we got home.

The two set system applies in MA also. Tax day the carpet mats replace the winter mats.

I want to get weathertec for my Telluride when I get it, but can’t decide if I should get the cargo mat, and if so should I get it for just behind the third seat or should I get it for behind the 2nd row. I don’t see us using the third row very often. Any suggestions?

I wish WeatherTech made a 60/40 split cargo mat. For me; I normally have the 40 down all the time so I need the flexibility of a Canvasback cargo liner or the Kia carpeted 60/40 split mat. I’m currently trying to decide which one I want to go with.

I hear you. I bought the OE carpet 60/40 mat for the flexibility. My other cars have the hard plastic liner type and items just constantly slide around which is super annoying. With the captains seats items will slide off the 3rd row with any heavy braking. I think I am good with the Kia carpet mat. It fits good although when folded up there is a lip of material that is at the crease. Adheres to the backs of the seats good, no slipping. I think the plastic folding one doesn't split and when you put the 3rd row up you have to stick the extra part somewhere which I didn't want.

Yeah sliding issues concern me; I'm starting to lean towards the carpeted version

Fits well; thanks for the pics

I wish I had kept the cargo corral that came with my Jetta Spotwagon. That had 6 pieces with teeth on the bottom that grabbed the carpet so they could be configured however you wanted. Did a good job keeping stuff from sliding around.
