Folding mirrors

My mirrors don't open when my key is nearby any more. I took my car through the car wash a day ago. When I got it back I noticed a mirror symbol in my camera view that has not been there. I pushed the open close button. Now I've noticed they don't open & close when I'm near? What changed?

Sounds like you need to check user settings to see if the “Welcome Mirror” function is on or off.

On the driver side door the last or top button controls the mirrors.

Yep - I second this. The open and close button above your cluster on the drivers door. If you open and close with that it should re set

I'm having the same issue but on the passenger side. And yes, I did push the button on the driver side but there is no change. It's not moving. It's staying in the closed position. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I had that happen a couple of times.. this is what I did..while they are supposed to be in the open position I get out and stretch it open manually..and that's it
