In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Gas and oil changes

What type of gas does everyone use , regular or a premium equivalent ? As far as oil changes , go with Valvoline synthetic blend , or another ? The first oil change should be done at 1k miles and every 5k thereafter ?
 
Shell 87 gasoline
Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w30
What ever you feel good about on the first oil change
I do oil changes every 5k
