• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... So I created this to tag along with the good dealership experience thread. Post your positive service department experiences

Just wanted to share my good service department experience today. I brought my Telluride in to Scott Harvey Kia in Ewing, NJ (Trenton / Central Jersey) for a previously approved warranty replacement of my steering wheel cover on my 1 month old car. Car was dropped off about 7:45am and the service rep made sure I had someone with me to give me a ride home. I didn’t ask for a loaner, but that was the impression I had from him with his line of questioning. I was given an estimate that it would be ready around 12pm. I get a call at 9:15am that they were able to get right on it and it was already done. Picked it up later in the afternoon, which consisted of one signature that said I owed nothing. In and out smoothly and very happy with the experience.
