Had a great experience ordering a Telluride EX - AWD, Premium Package with second row captain chairs and the tow package. Jesus Camargo of Royal Kia in Tucson was fantastic. He is super knowledgeable on the Telluride specifications, options and how the technology works. Walked us through the various options and line items in the specifications and made certain we understood what we were ordering. Pricing was exactly MSRP with no dealer added options required except the document fee. The manager explained the expected delivery time and noted since it was an AWD and had the added Premium Package it would take longer than normal for delivery. He expects a 4 to 6 month timeframe which is what we had planned on. If you're in Arizona Jesus is the guy to contact since there are no add on pricing surprises and he is easy to deal with. You can even do an order over the internet with no need to travel to Tucson like we did.

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum.
