• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... You don't have to reply telling me there are other dash cam install videos around - I know that. I'm hoping this video will add a bit more detail, especially when it comes to getting the A-Pillar moulding removed to accommodate routing the wiring. Also, I share a close up view of how that darned upper A-pillar moulding clip/fastener works to hopefully make it easier for you to get off. Lastly, I show you how to run the wiring so as NOT to interfere with the air bag, which could cause a serious safety issue. Please excuse my dirty car - it's not usually this bad but I had been on a multi-day photography excursion on some nasty roads. It's usually much cleaner than this. Also, excuse my shaky camera work.
