I see a lot of people asking for the delivery dates from the awesome @StephenCantrelle! I see some of you worried the dealer may be lying to you regarding deposit & delivery.
Has anyone actually had a dealer sell it out from under you or lie?? Figured if we share this as a thread, so those looking are aware.

My dealer was very honest I have to say. I actually cancelled our order when I was, due to some kind of miracle, was able to snag a 2022 SX Nightfall at another dealer and not a penny over MSRP. They refunded me and congratulated me. I'll use them for service for their honesty and I told them so. I know this isn't what you are asking but there are good dealers out there. I think.

I think people are mostly excited, but, also, wanting an independent verification. I trust dealers only as far as I can throw them. With that said, my salesman was very good. Answered all my questions. If he did not have an answer, he asked someone at the dealership, or gave me a contact. He also contacted me in a timely manner when the car was due. I used Stephen’s services as a check against what I was told. So, no issue with regards to your posting. However, I am not surprised that it happens. For some, the only thing that counts is the money.

I figured it’s more excitement than anything. Was just curious if anyone encountered any shady back door deals lol.
