Having a custom catback exhaust done .

My buddy has a exhaust shop and we went over things and then 3 weeks I will be doing a custom cat back exhaust with this muffler.
I believe we're removing the resonator also , nothing too extreme but a nice growl with no rice sound
Should be a whole a lot better than what is being offered currently on the market perfabed.
My coworker just had his muffler replaced with a flow master and his is a V6 serento
I know this is not a muscle car but it's definitely going to give it a nice sound .
Wanted to do a dual exhaust offer an H pipe muffler but the way the tow hitch is And even with removing spare tire it would be extremely difficult so I'm keeping the factory tips so it look .
Just with there was a tuner out for ours .

How do you think it will compare against the Borla offering? Cost, sound, etc?

The sound quality will be much better the the Borla one I'm 110% sure of it .
The Borla gives it kind of a rice sound when you accelerate and at idle sounds decent.
He did the custom exhaust on my Subaru as well as on my truck guy knows his work.
I just need to buy the muffler and refreshments and he will do the rest.
Prefabricated equipment is nice because it's already done you just to bolt it on but when you have a custom work done it will always better .
I might change the exhaust tips but unsure at the moment.
If I don't do stainless-steel I might paint it black, or burnt copper or another color ,I have a bit of time to figure this out .
He does extremely good work and priced fairly.
I will post sound clips when done plus before and after pictures too.

The cost I believe will be cheaper but that all comes down to how much he charges everyone else for labor and materials.
If someone's going to do an axle back I would say at least $200 cheaper than what they're charging a cat back unlike what I'm doing we'll be cheaper because there aren't any to compare too .

The whole idea of the setup that I'm going for and having made is that adult has a very low tone but when you accelerate hard card you know it it's there and very little drone if any.
