• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Was working in my Telly the other day. While the vehicle was running, I noticed that the DRLs were not on. I checked and the light stalk was set to Auto. After some searching, here's what I found.

When your parking brake is engaged, the DRLs turn off.
Some other reasons, if you ever have a problem, are below, borrowed from another forum.

The DRLs will turn off when:
1. The light switch is in the headlamp position, including the operation that the headlamp is turned on automatically in the AUTO light position.
2. The parking brake is applied.
3. The engine is turned off.
4. The hazard warning flasher is on.
5. You turn the turn signal light on.
- If you turn on the turn signal light, only the corresponding daytime running lights will turn off.
- If you turn on turn signal light with the position light turned on, the daytime running lights will turn off but the position light remains on.
