  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I‘ve had my 2022 Telluride for about two weeks now and am happy to have joined the forum, which actually helped me a lot during the selection and purchasing of my car. I’ve never had a car anywhere near as luxurious and sophisticated as the Telluride, so I’m pretty much over the moon.

I‘m currently learning about extended warranty options which I declined at the dealership as I’ve owned Hondas in the past and learned that the dealer‘s price is not usually the best one out there. I noticed that many of you decided to buy EWs from Kia of Muncie, but that was last year. I’m eager to read more and learn from other owners whether you think the extended warranty is a good investment. I don’t typically buy EWs, but the sophistication of the electronics and safety features has me concerned that many things could lead to pricy repairs.

Anyhow, thanks for all the helpful posts. I will continue to learn how things work and am grateful for your input.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your brand new Telluride! What did the Telluride replace for you? I'm glad you found us. :) And I'm glad to hear our community has been helpful. I know what you mean about extended warranties these days. There are complex and expensive electronics in nearly all automobiles now. I think it's a good idea to get the extended warranty. Just my personal opinion...
