• THIS SECTION IS ONLY FOR DISCUSSIONS RELATING TO BUYING A TELLURIDE. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT SECTION FOR POSTING MESSAGES ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN BUYING A TELLURIDE. THANK YOU!

  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi! New to hear too and in the same boat. I could tell you that I used the email bomb tactic and to my surprise it has worked. Have narrowed it down to the best deal and just waiting for the last confirmation and I'll be going in to sign the deal. I also dreaded the idea of visiting dealers and sitting and talking for so long. But this has worked for me and I'm satisfied. Good Luck.

See link below to a thread on here already.

Pretty much I email all the sales managers of the dealers I am willing to go to. Let them know that I am looking to purchase and asking for their best quote. I let them know that I am talking to other dealers and so they know I’m comparing prices.

This is what I did with good luck with my last vehicle. Easier to negotiate via email then in face.

Always get them to disclose the walk out price before going into the dealership.

If you want to order a custom color/trim/upgrades then you need to order it from a dealer.

Welcome to the forum and good luck with the advice already given. You can also use TrueCar.com and when you fill out what you’re looking for, you will have dealers contacting you via email.

We ordered ours through Camelback Kia, and it took 8 months to get! Not the best experience with this dealership, but they did allow me to order it at MSRP with no markup or dealer add-ons. No other dealer in the state was willing to do that. 20200609_005230053_iOS.webp

Royal Kia in Tucson takes orders at MSRP.
