  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message

That's who i ordered through and I've tried to ask what place in line we are and compare that against their usual monthly allotments and was told they didn't know.

Unless you live in the Jackson area and are close, I would recommend another dealership. Wilson kia’s customer service is nonexistent. So much so even though I have an order with them I’m planning on ordering with another dealer

Way too soon for info. They told you 3-4 months, right?

Also, if your dealer placed two orders in Kdealer with your name attached, both orders could end up getting cancelled. This happened to some folks in the forum. You'll need to check with your dealer to make sure that doesn't happen to you.
