• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I’ve had my Telluride for 2 months now yesterday was the first time I sat in the back and I’ve noticed that the rear air vents weren’t blowing out air! Has this happened to anyone else

Got to ask the simple question first - Is the rear system turned on?

What position are those rings around the vents

Did you turn on the heat through your front heat buttons, where you usually turn on the heat? There's a button for rear climate, and then it comes up on the touch screen and you adjust it there.

All of the above needs to be checked!

Confirm your rear climate settings are on by seeing the panel lit in the front control cluster (should show a temp in the center between other two temp readings), or the rear controls are lit.

Next make sure the vent slits on the ceiling are open, the air discharge sliding toggle is set to centered and direct flow, and the air flow direction is blowing to the face/upper vents in the rear controls. You should feel something at least on max fan speed in the rear. If not, take it in for service.
