• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Ok, it's Thursday April 15th at a little after 5PM Mountain Time. Once again I can't access the Kia Access with the App nor by logging in. Is this just me, or is anyone else having this trouble? Hope they're not having issues again (last time we were off line for a few weeks).

Yup, same for me.
 
I just logged in to the Lia Owners portal via the web site.

Well, 2 and 1/2 hours later I can log in on the App but when I see my car listed and tap it, I get "invalid vehicle for this session?" They need to get their act together.

I remember the previous issue but didn't have a problem with Kia Access today.

Seems to be working well for me. (8:24 PM US/Pacific)

I had same issue trying to do a remote lock it was down for about the same for me.

Well shoot! Now it's the next morning and I can't log in on the App at all! I just get the spinning brick.
 
This morning, Friday April 16th at 8:25AM (Mountain time) I called the Kia UVA help desk and was informed they are having some server issues (he called it latency issues) that they are currently working to resolve. I hope this isn't another 2 week offline issue.
