  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Andrew. I live outside of Boston. I just ordered a 2021 Telluride SXP with NE and tow packages, like in the attached photo. Color is Gravity Grey with black interior, but I'm thinking of switching to Dune Brown. Thoughts? Anyway, nice to meet you all, and this is going to be a very long 16 weeks.

Welcome and congrats! That's a beauty! I would switch to dune brown. That looks sweet.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your brand new Telluride! What will the Telluride be replacing for you? You know what they say - good things come to those who wait...

My 2 cents, keep the Black interior. That gray is a great exterior color and the black interior pops well with it in my opinion. I do like the brown leather for Dark Moss and Copper paint but I say embrace that Gray / Black look. That being said if I could take delivery on a Gravity Gray w/ Dune next week, I would :)

I'm partial to Dune Brown myself, I'm getting that with Everlasting Silver. Black is so boring to me, I have always had it and want something else. Black also sucks for me since i have a shedding white dog. The dune brown looks amazing, plus it comes with a black headliner.

Congrats! If I was going to get a T-ride, I would want the Everlasting Silver or White with Dune Brown...

You will not regret getting a dune brown interior, go for it!!!

Thanks for the replies and suggestions everyone. I've switched to the Dune Brown interior, which I'm on the fence about still, but I think I prefer because I really don't trust my kids to not destroy the light headliner in the black interior.

As far as what Im driving now, the Telly will be replacing a 2012 Optima with 157k on the odometer. It still runs great, looks great, etc, but the tires are nearing the end and it's starting to go through a bit of oil, so I wanted to make sure that I got the Telluride that I want before my car dies. I'm not positive yet, but I think that I will give the Optima to my niece, who turned 16 earlier this year.
