Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Wow, that’s a quick turnaround! The dealership told me to expect 5-6mo. Going this weekend to talk with them (and hopefully lay eyes on ES and Dune brown on another model?). Excited for you!

You picked an amazing color combination. I have to admit that when I saw @noles1983 and @jenfowler78's photos of their ES/DB combo that they shared with the Telluride Forum, with the Dune to the Moon Nappa Leather seats on the inside and Everlasting Bluegray on the outside, it struck me as a perfect contrast and another winning combo, like DM/DB of course

It's crazy that these vehicles are still so "rare". When I went to my local shop to get it inspected so i can register it a few months back, the guy was like whoa what is this? Been going to him for a decade, he sees tons of cars a day and had no idea what it was lol.

I mean, I dont wanna brag but it happened right after I first responded in this thread. Coincidence? Prob not.This thread must have been my good luck charm. Got a call that the vehicle never went to "shipped" status, it just showed up at the dealership this afternoon. Going to pick up tomorrow morning!

@noles1983, @JerseySXP, and the correct decision of Dune Brown Nappa Leather were the only good luck charms I needed to get my Telly 3 weeks early.I mean, I dont wanna brag but it happened right after I first responded in this thread. Coincidence? Prob not.
Sadly, the luck didn't last and somehow doesn't explain the first speeding ticket I've ever received on the PCH in decades.
Telly is so quiet, drives fast like a regular car, and the Harman/Kardon system gets those tunes pumpin' and the bass bumpin'.
Maybe I just need to make a more calming playlist for the morning drive to work, or just keep the InfoTainment permanently set to "Sounds of Nature: Snowy Village" for a while? The crunching snow is calming, however there's the giggle of a child in the snow somewhere in the track and it freaked me out the first time I heard it. I thought my Telly was haunted by the twins from The Shining or something.
Kia should rename that track "The Shining" or "The Hedge Maze In Front of the Overlook Hotel"
