  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi there, new here

I don’t want to hijack the thread, but how do you remove the stickers? What about a pinstripe? Same ease?
I have removed them in the past using heat (hair dryer) and some of that Goo Be Gone spray. Comes off pretty easily.

Just an update for everyone, the deal fell through (some last minute interest rate shenanigans at the dealership that we refused to deal with). No big deal, I wasn’t exactly swallowing that markup pill well anyways.
For those that asked earlier, the markup was 6k. I’m sure they’ll have no problem selling it. 👋
Sorry to hear that. Consumers and enthusiasts are getting used and abused. It's very SAD! Thing won't change until enough people complain to the mother ship (however one does that).

That should do it. I always make it clear when I purchase a vehicle that it is to be delivered without any dealer badges or decals. I don't complain about a dealer license plate frame but that comes off as soon as I get home.
