• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Not even a week into ownership of my 2023 X-P X-Pro, dinged up the edge of my door against counters in my garage.

Keeping in line with my last new car which I also dinged up within a week of purchase.

Oh well now I can live life and not worry about any scratches on my car now.

It's a car, wear and tear is inevitable. I use to be the worst to have any little issue on my car fixed but that doesn't seem to bother me anymore. I kind of feel your "making it your own". An analogy I have is cell phone cases and screen protectors. We all buy these to perfectly preserve our phone until we either throw it away or trade it in in it's perfect state.
