I had feared this before I took the dive and purchased a 2023 Telluride Prestige XPro last year. I feel I have a great looking vehicle and it is a fun drive. I receive compliments all the time and overall other than the weak as Eff engine I have enjoyed it. My problem that I feared has been realized as the post ownership experience at my dealership (and having owned a 2012 Optima SX back in the day it has not changed). This may come off as elite-ish, but honestly I just believe a vehicle of this calibre deserves a better post purchase experience especially in terms of service and customer service. I have had a couple situtations were there is noise coming from either the rear or front of the vehicle. I mention it, make an appointment... takes me months to get in, then I get there and they say "Oh, that will require a MASTER TECH to look into that and he's not available... Huh, seriously? I have reached out to the president of the dealership and he won't even respond to me via email and over all I just feel done with the brand. The Dealer falsely opted me into a pre-paid service plan so I am stuck going to the dealership.. I, of course like many payed well over Sticker and this is the service I receive? Anyone else feel the same? Great vehicle, great looking but horrible post purchase experience! I actually like the new EV-9 but zero desire to own another KIA....Anyone have a corporate contact I could reach out to? Thanks
