• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi Folks!

This is for folks living in the Houston area specifically.

Like many Telluride owners, I purchased my car out of state and am hoping to have it serviced as it's racked up quite a few miles (21K) at this point. Does anyone living in the Houston area have a preferred location where they get their Telluride needs serviced? All the Kia dealerships that I see in the area (Archer, DeMontrond, Parkway, Fredy, Joe Myers, Community, Gay Family, Beck & Masten, etc.) all have extremely poor reviews online.

Thanks in advance!

I go to Fort Bend Kia where I got our car. It's a trek for me but It's also a loyalty thing as well.

Oh nice. Fort Bend's reviews across the board are pretty stellar compared to the rest. Thank you so much for this!

I bought mine at Fort Bend Kia. Very good to work with, however it is a trek to get back down there for service. The only time I needed service, I took it to Westside Kia being that it is much more convenient and closer. Took a month to get an appointment and they still didn't fix the issue 100%. I've got some additional issues that need to be looked at now and I'm contemplating making the trek to Fort Bend Kia, but they don't have loaner cars and it is too far to make 6 trips (2 cars there to drop off, 1 car back, 1 car there to pick up, 2 cars back).

I am also happy with the service I received at Fort Bend. Friendly, and no nonsense. But, like the comments above, a bit of a drive.
