I bought two Tellurides. A '21 EX for my daughter and a '22 SX full load for me. After a year now I have noticed that I use full drive assist as soon as I get out of the driveway. She never uses it. Why?
For her it is shown as a tiny line at the top of the gauge screen. For me it is the HUD in a big colorful projection in my field of vision on the windshield. All driving information is there front and center. Even the NAV. Most cars with assist have the lane holding start at 40mph. Telluride with Cruise assist on it begins at 1mph. If you live in an area where traffic jams are horrible, me, Houston, I can do rush hour interstate crawl without the pedals or the wheel. Just a finger on it to keep the nag away. Never have another car without HUD. Imagine a Tesla where you have to do everything on a touch screen out of your field of vision.
