• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I posted on this topic 4 days ago and promised an update, however I am not able to bring up my original post for some reason. The problem had to do with being charged twice for customs duties owing to the way Husky prepared the declaration.

Today I received a call from one of their managers apologizing for their mistake and they are paying ALL of my Canada Customs charges, not just the portion in excess of what I should have paid. Somehow things went wrong in the processing. It is so nice that this company honours their errors and goes above and beyond to make amends.
