• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... My Kia Connect Ultimate complimentary year expired in March. It was a battle of wills, but my plan was to hold out until Kia offered me a deal to renew. Well, today, just for kicks, I logged in, and I got one! 18 months for the price of 12. Good enough for me to re-sign for Ultimate.

Here‘s a screenshot. Hopefully others can get this deal too!7AB4BED7-1ACE-4B5B-8472-4131DAB78541.webp

Did your old one expire? How long before they offered a deal? Mine expired this week.

My account was expired for a couple of months. Log into your account. You may have the deal already.

I've owned my Telluride for just a couple days shy of one month, so none of this applies to me yet, but I'm pleased to see that Kia discounted every plan. I have no need for the Ultimate features, but the Plus at $149 for 18 months wouldn't be a bad deal. I'd probably pay $8.28 a month just for the remoting locking and "Find My Car" capabilities.

Didn't even know there was a web version of UVO, and just found out that my account is stuck on an error page when trying to log in :ROFLMAO:

Thanks! I signed up for the Plus package. I set myself a reminder to cancel because the agreement says they will automatically renew you if you don't cancel.

i received an email a few weeks ago with this offer. I also received a follow up email last week.

I have had my Telluride for a little over 7 months. My Kia App to remote start, lock doors, unlock, find car etc., has disappeared from my phone app. Is this a paid monthly service? My salesman is totally clueless. He said to push the UVO button on the car and talk to a rep from the car. That did not work. It just wants navigation address info. I have been on hold with Kia for OVER 30 minutes and no person to speak to. What am I doing wrong here?

If you are from NY, I am wondering if it has to do with the new right to repair law they passed.

Massachusetts passed a similar law, and Kia completely blocked UVO connectivity for all Tellurides sold subsequently after.
