  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... My new Telluride is a beautiful Wolf Gray color, and I love the way it feels when I drive. I am, however, having problems with the electronics and electrical functions. My driver's seat will not slide backward or forward (after less than 2000 miles on the car) and the USB port in the center console will not allow me to play music from an Ipod or any other device, though it will let me charge a device. Is anyone else having those problems or does anyone have ideas about what to do with the USB port?

Only the center USB port is the one that carries data. The one to the right side is charging only.

Note that the data USB port will only work with a USB stick or Apple CarPlay/Android Auto (via an iPhone or Android Phone). The 10.25” screen that your car has does not recognize or work with any iPods via a wired connection.
