That isn't a thing lets get that voodoo mambo jambo idea in the garbage. This could have easily happened coming off the truck or one of the little plastic clips broke. The dealer or someone who does autobody will have this fixed for you in 5 mins. Not likely that is came from the factory like that. Watch this video (in full) and you'll see why I believe that.

Yes I did they told me that it's a clip and they have to order it. Funny thing the sx v6 things is coming off too. Now this one gets me they said I have to wait till it fall off. How crazy is that one. I am puzzle by that one where did good costumer service went. To me is a very easy fix. I would do it myself but it's cold as hell out just now it's winter.

The dealer network is the weakest point of Kia. You should call out that dealership on here and post some pictures and let's blast them. Get names of people and let's get this fixed for you.

I hear ya but I can't do that . It's the upper management that needs fixing most times. The people who is working at the desk is just doing what they are told which is very sad . Because they lose business that way.. The head mechanic in this case is the culprit... You are only as good as the people leading you. I can't blast I hear you tho.

Is this normal for a two year old car. They trying to tell me it's wear n tear. This start not even six months after I buy the damn thing. But because I was having health problems I keep forgetting to bring it back. Now they telling me it's not cover. But for crying out loud the car is still like new. So I take it in the next two it's gonna look like shit then. Because if it start to peel so soon.
