Also, do you know when the vin is created in general? At the end of the production line? Before it’s built?

Vin is created day car is created... at what exact moment I don't know.
Vin usually shows up on failcat within 24 hours.
Vin created to delivery is hard to say because many factors take place after Telluride is made... I would say average time is 3 weeks but can go up to 1.5 months depending on where it is being shipped to
