• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just got back from long trip in the Telluride and it sat for a few days until this morning. Worked fine for the 10 plus hour trip but primarily used wireless android and apple carplay which still function. After starting, I'm getting a "media off" on the home screen and the sounds of nature. Trying to tune in Sirius and FM but nothing, keeps reverting back to the nature sounds (like those aren't bad enough!) Tried several restarts, different fobs, and reset the dash button twice, no changes. Anyone else have this happen and if so, any fix? Selecting the items from the touch screen does nothing. Thanks.

Have you tried disconnecting the negative battery terminal, opening the driver side door, and then reconnecting the terminal?

Sounds like you may have hit the bug from the October 2022 navigation system update that has been affecting some. It causes you to have no radio functionality. Other aspects of the infotainment work fine.

They re-released the update in February to fix the bug. So download and install the currently available version of the October 2022 navigation system update and you’ll be set.

Thanks, yep it's software related. Weird how it took so long to manifest. Were is that damn flash drive!
