Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 1. A new single text message alerts as multiple new messages from multiple people.
2. Reordering station presets does not stay saved. Always reverts back.
3. Android Auto randomly disconnects. Yes, I've tried multiple different cables.
4. Android Auto song info freezes when you return from Android Auto to the Kia screen.
It's all really annoying and disappointing. I have not talked to the dealer yet or done research to know if maybe a firmware update might fix some of these terrible bugs. Based off FB groups and owners forums, I know I'm not alone here.
