• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just picked up new SX a couple days ago. The infotainment system seems possessed. Screen will flicker, swipe part way to right, goto nav and start going through selecting a destination, etc. Reset corrected it, but next time in car it occurred again. I will try to post video of it.

I can’t figure out how to post video to site.

You need to upload it to a third party site like youtube. Then link the media via a URL.

Sounds like you might have a defect in the screen digitizer. The layer that senses touch input. Could try pressing down on the screen gently and do a swiping left and right motion. Maybe it will release the area that is “stuck”.

Took to dealer yesterday. They are going to replace the screen. But of course it is on back order, so I will share how long it takes to arrive.
