• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Did a search but didn't find my question... apologies if this has been asked and answered...

How do I get the brightness level of the instrument cluster to 'stick'?

The applicable section of the manual says how to adjust the level of brightness, but after I do it for the current driving session - next time I start the Telly it's back to the previous level...
Tried having the infotainment brightness linked to the dash, no change. Sure it's something easy that I'm missing and not able to find...

TIA

Could be tied to your memory seat preferences? Try saving your seat profile after adjusting.

My next thought would be it is tied to the head unit illumination settings? Either unlink them or try resetting?C5BAC67C-7785-4038-8F01-9DBF220DE972.webp

Or last explanation could be too low battery to retain last settings? Or a bad control module?

I had tried linking/unlinking to the head unit - no difference.

Hadn't occurred to me to try the seat memory choices... I'll give that a try next and report back.

Doubt it's a battery issue - drive enough that should not be an issue.

And certainly hope it's not some module failing...

Looking at the manual - only lists seat and mirror positions linked to the seat memory buttons...

But, I'll still give it a try...

@Tellthemride 👍👍 for the idea to try that!

Another failure for the manual...🤯
