• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I've had my Telluride for almost two years and I can't remember ever using the UVO except for updates. Now I've received an offer to enroll in Kia Connect. Are they the same platform with just a different name? The offer is 18 months for the price of 12 at $199 a year for the ultimate fancy-schmancy plan. Honestly, I never paid any attention to what all that the UVO offered, but maybe I should have. My model is a leased 2021 and I'm probably going to purchase it before the lease is up since I've been happy with it so far and cars are -- well, you know. Anyway, I would appreciate any information that you techie owners have. Have a nice day!
