• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Is Prestige Package Worth It?

Another advantage to getting the SXP with AWD is you get better (in my opinion) Michelin tires with the AWD package.

And for those considering the Prestige package...you need to drive a car with a HUD. Once you have it - you won't want another car without HUD. A game changer for sure. So glad GM brought this to the car industry nearly 40 years ago. Glad to see Hyundai and KIA adopting it for their cars now.

Does anyone know if there's a 12V port in place of the AC outlet in the SX non-P?

Anyway, we're looking at ordering an SX AWD without the package. The reasons we want the SX are mainly the blindspot monitoring and birdseye cameras, LED headlights extending thigh support on the front seats. The features in the Prestige package are nice but we can easily live without them.

I could be wrong but I thought the extending thigh support is part of the prestige package.

Nope, my non-P SX has it. At least on the drivers side.

Completely agree with the HUD, the Stinger had it, so had to have it on the Telluride.

Yes, there is a 12V port in the rear in non-P. I believe that is standard in at least the EX and above... maybe even in LX and S. The SX-P has both a 12V port and the inverter to have an A/C outlet.

The SX gets you the 12 way power seat vs the 10 way on the lower lines. The Prestige package isn't necessary for that.

"The 12-way power-adjustable driver's seat includes a power thigh cushion extender and 2-way power lumbar support to deliver total comfort."

Went with SXP because we wanted AWD and the heated/cooled 2nd row and after having the HUD on the Stinger, I would have really missed that..it's a game changer IMO.
Hi Ucinn, how has the experience been with Stinger ? Is too tight on rear for 3 passengers ?

If it's kids, no problem, but I wouldn't try and get 3 adults back there. It would be too cramped IMO.

Well don’t have a choice here as me and wifey bought a used 2020sx non prestige at a decent price. Just here browsing on the differences. But can’t go wrong with used here 😝 at $44k
