I have a brand new 2021 Telluride SX premier. The ISG system rarely is working. I have tried everything even to disabling the cruise control to get it to work And changing the drive mode selection. Even when the vehicle is up to temp here in upstate NY (yesterday temp was 29 F) which is within allow parameters it does not work. It did work occasionally when I took delivery but now the ISG off button illuminates 90 % of the time. Does anyone have any fixes or suggestions before I bring it in to my Kia dealership here in Queensbury, NY?

This has been discussed in several threads. Likely the car is not driven often enough or for long enough distances. Invest in a battery tender/maintainer. Charge the battery to full and it should work as normal again. If not some have reported getting a new battery under warranty solved the problem.
Others have mentioned driving at highway speeds 1-2 hours restored ISG function after. This typically does not work for me though.
