• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... We have a 2023 Telluride S, 10,000 miles. Both key fobs quit working while at home but work when we are not home. The lock and unlock buttons on the doors also do not work at home but work when not home. When we manually open the driver door at home and get into the Telluride, we then have to push the start/stop button with the fob, it will not allow us to start the vehicle by just pushing the button with our finger. We have researched and the only thing we can think of his radiofrequency interference. We unplugged anything in our home that could be letting off radiofrequencies, but this did not solve our issue. What in the world could be going on?

I have a 2022 Telly and twice now (about 10 months apart) both fobs stopped working briefly. On the second incident which happened today, we drove to a store and when I got out i pressed the button on the door handle to lock the vehicle and nothing happened. Both of our fobs did not work either. I just want to say that this is not battery related. Then my wife used the button on the rear hatch and it opened. She closed it and I tried to open it with the fob and it wouldn't open. We tried with the button on the rear hatch and got nothing. I locked it by using the lock button inside on the door and could not use the handle button or fob to unlock it. I had to unlock it with the manual key. I started the vehicle then shut it off and tried to lock it with the button on the door handle and the fob and neither worked. I locked it from the button on the inside of the door and we went into the store. When we came back out, everything was working normally. This is very frustrating. After the first time it happened 10 months ago, I called the dealership and they referred to changing the batteries. That wasn't the issue because everything happened exactly as I described above. It started working again. The only thing I can think of is that there is a malfunctioning transmitter or receiver in the vehicle or something along those lines. Anyone else have this issue?
