Does the telluride track which fob was used when? My wife has misplaced her fob and were trying to track back to see when the last time it was used was... maybe she took it to the pool and its now in the kids swim bag, etc...

If it does this, how do you see when the last time a specific fob was used?

Don’t believe so. You can look at your trip history on Kia Access app to try and trace all previous destinations. If that helps.
