Kia Access App remote start: passenger heated seat?

Hi all-
When using the Kia Access app on my iPhone to start my 2022 SX-P, I have the temperature set to High, and the rear defrost and heated steering selected. I also have the setting in the Telluride setup where the Heated/Ventilated seats will be activated as needed based on the temperature settings of the climate control system. In the cold winter months now, when I do this and get into the car, ONLY the drivers seat heater is activated. The front passenger seat is not. Is there a way to ALSO have the front passenger seat heat activated upon remote start from the app? I also have a 2021 Sorento SX and it has an additional option in its profile in the Kia Access app for "Heated and Ventilated Seats". In my Sorento, both Driver and Passenger seat heaters are activated with remote start.
Would like to know if anybody is able to have both seats heating enabled with the remote start via the app. Thanks!
 
I can check but I'm thinking its just the drivers seat I think the seat heaters are really quick and to me its not a big deal. Even when they are on, you need to sit in them for a few minutes to compress against the heating elements to actually feel some warmth.

Kinda dumb that it works on a Sorrento and not a telluride!! I have same Issue
