I purchased a 2024 Telluride Proline in December 2024. Since purchasing, I receive 5+ notifications daily from the app saying “one or more of your Telluride doors has been left unlocked.” When I check the app or the car, it is locked. I have contacted Kia Connect and they have had me uninstall/reinstall the app on my phone and reset the infotainment system. This didn’t fix the problem. Kia Connect then had me send them screenshots of the notification on my phone, the home page of the app showing the car locked, the notification page on the app, and the latest computer version on the car. I get an email from Kia Connect every few weeks saying they’re still working on the problem. I had a 2020 Telluride for 5 years and never had a problem with the app. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
