Anyone else having fighting with Kia Finance? I have gotten calls that I'm 90 days past due. I have paid double payments for 5 months that I have owned the Telluride.
Here is a letter I wrote to them today. If anyone can help or tell me who to call I would appreciate it
Hello Kia, 4-7-20
My name is XXXXX and I purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride on October 30th 2019. I love my Telluride. My issue is with Kia Finance and Finance Customer Support. I have received several phone calls from Kia Finance Collections stating I'm 90 days past due on this account. I have made 5 payments.
1st payment was $XXXX on 12-6-19.
2nd payment was $XXXX on 1-6-20
3rd payment was $XXXX on 2-6-20
4th payment was $XXXX on 3-6-20
5th payment was $XXXX on 4-6-20
My payment amount is $XXXX each month. 5 months of loan payments would equal XXXX and I have proof (attached) that I have sent payments of XXXX
Kia Finance website March statement states I have paid 7 payments. It also states I'm 90 days late.
I was contacted on 4-6-20 from Kia Collections stating I'm in extreme collections and I need to make a payment immediately. I informed the young lady that I have been making my payments.
I called Kia Finance on 4-6-20 and spoke to an associate and explained the situation and he told me that a manager would call me. I never received a phone call from a manager. On 4-7-20, I received another Kia Finance Collection call stating my account is past due 90 days and I need to make a payment now. I called Kia Finance again and spoke to Leslie 866-344-5632 XT 37599 and explained again this Kia Finance screw up. Leslie stated I could make a payment over the phone to prevent this from escalating to collections. WHAT IS SHE THINKING? Leslie informed me that she turned this over to her manager on 4-6-20 and the manager was going to call me yesterday. I told Leslie that her manager never called me. She told me her manager would call me today. I asked Leslie if I could get her managers phone number so I could call her manager. I called Collin at 866-334-5632 XT. 38042 and left a voicemail and left my office number and my cell phone number. I have not received a call back.
I’m not sure who I need to call and get this resolved?
I have been harassed by Kia Finance trying to collect money.

I have called Kia Motors in Irvine and I was told that they could do nothing about this.
Here is my concern:
Kia Finance will report this as a delinquent to the Credit Bureau. Which will have a negative impact on my FICO Score.
I’m not sure who I need to call and get this resolved?
