• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Does the Kia plant run 24/7? If not, what are their normal hours of operation?

Hopefully your car isn't coming off the line Monday morning at 3 am!

It looks like the workers aren’t hired onto specific shifts, instead they all have to rotate to different shifts. I wonder if that impacts quality on days were workers are changing to a completely different sleep schedule.

If this myth is still true, then 2/3 of their cars are 🍋

Very well could determine how good the quality is!

Note to dealer when ordering:

Make sure it is produced on a Wednesday around mid-day, make sure no right after lunch specials as I don't want any greasy fingerprints, make sure any female worker touching it is not on her period, make sure... :ROFLMAO:

You are implying that every car produced by a given shift would be a lemon. That's not what I'm suggesting. I saying on the production line quality may vary and maybe there is a trend that more things slip through inspection more at one time over another if things get unusually busy and human intervention is required but the person is not on their game.
