I read in the New York Times (and the Hard Fork podcast) that Kia sells all driving data from some vehicles to insurance companies (and other third parties). This is unfortunate. I enjoy my privacy, particularly since most of the time I drive, I take my kids to practices. I value my kids' privacy even more. Apparently, these reports are extremely detailed, with hundreds of pages for six months of driving.
Does this affect my vehicle? How do I turn it off? Is it somewhere in Kia Connect? I can't seem to find it in the forums or online.
