Hello Everyone!

North Las Vegas, NV checking in with my new baby! Had it a couple weeks now and it's ready for it's first road trip.

Mine is a 2022 SX Dark Moss Green Nightfall Edition w/ Brown Interior, Prestige Package and Tow Package.

I paid way too much for it and had to wait 3 months for it to be delivered, but don't care. I love it.

What I've done so far on it to make it road-trip ready:

1. Clear Bra (PPF) on front end up to A-Pillar and Roof.

2. Cross Bars

3. Window Tint

4. Steps

5. Added SX V6 badge to truck lid

6. Washed every inch of it and every nook and cranny.

And that's really all I plan to do to it.

It's just such a nice looking vehicle inside and out. Great job KIA!

I also like that it was assembled in Georgia and has quite a few American made components and parts.

P.S. I've had several people come up to me in parking lots and ask what kind of car it is and compliment its looks. They don't recognize the new Kia logo.

Funny story. I've been wanting a Telluride since they came out but figured I'd wait a couple of years to get one at a discount from a returned lease. I also wanted to keep my 2006 285K mile TL for as long as possible. And then COVID happened and then chip shortage happened which caused a rise in prices...

The transmission on my TL finally started to go out during the time I was not hoping to keep my old car... So, we started to look at cars. We came across the VW Atlas RLine but didn't like all the lemon stories and reliability. The fiancé said, you've been wanting the Telluride for years and you never treat yourself; why don't you go look at the Tellurides?

So, I hopped on Failcat on 10/4/21, the same day she told me to go look. Lo and behold, a Dark Moss, SX, Nightfall was being delivered to my local Kia dealership. I called to find out if it was dealer allocated or customer order. They stated it was a dealer allocated car being delivered 10/29 and was being listed for MSRP. 40 mins later, I was there with $1k for the deposit. 11 days later on 10/15, it arrived.

It's not EXACTLY what I wanted but I wasn't about to order one and wait months for the car. I wanted one with dune brown interior and my #1 paint color was Wolf Gray but the dark moss is badass.

So far, she has had the front windows matched to the back, painted emblems and exhaust tips. Next will be to PPF the front end.

Without further ado, 6 weeks later. Here she is:

I've had my EX Dark Moss AWD Nightfall since June 1st and it is a great driving SUV. I live in Minnesota so my wife and I took a trip out and back to Oregon in July.
My wife was pleasantly surprised as to how well it handled and the ease of driving.

You might want to clean and primer the exhaust tip and then paint it with a high quality Gross Black product.

Hey everyone! I've just purchased a 2022 Telluride GT Line. Picked it up 5 days ago from the Kia showroom. I immediately noticed that there is a lot of wind noise coming from the driver window. Called up kia and they sent me to their service center. Long story short they managed to reduce the noise but it isn't gone completely. I'm really disappointed specially since I've been reading and researching about this car for the past year and finally decided to go for it and now this!!! Any one else experience this problem? Any advise would be appreciated.
