• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Telluride has developed a knocking noise. First thought it was a nail in a tire as the knock got faster as I accelerated, ruled that out as the tires are fine. Reving the engine in neutral does not make the noise. Going 5mph the noise is constant. Putting the car in neutral or just taking my food off the accelerator the noise is there for just a little while and the quits. Noise does not quit at higher speeds just gets faster.
Anyone have any idea? Will be contacting the dealer Friday.

I have a similar knocking issue as well - asked the dealer to look at it but they basically blew me off as I was there for something else. Any feedback from your dealer?
