• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi all - it’s been a while since I’ve caught up here, so apologies if this has been asked/discussed but I couldn’t find a similar query.
I generally have LKA on in my first-gen EX, but I find that the feature seems to want to hug the far left of the lane, rather than the center. Either I’ve been driving all wrong my whole adult life, or it’s too lefty. I typically keep in the center of lanes, whether on a 2-lane road or highway or on multi-lane freeway, but the LKA “yells” at me if I don’t hug the far left edge of the lane. This is uncomfortable for me, particularly on 2-lane road or highway, especially on fast roads where head-on collisions have historically been a problem. Obviously, I can and do turn it off when it’s a problem for me, but have any others noticed this?
thanks

There was a similar post a few months ago and someone advised the poster to check the side view mirrors to see if in fact the car was indeed centered. The poster later responded that it was centered and that he didn't realize it.

I see... so, my perception indeed may be off... as suspected 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ll check the view in my side mirrors next time. Thanks!
