LED Fog Lights on the 2021 EX?

Does anyone know with certainty whether a 2021 EX can have LED fog lights added without getting the Nightfall Edition package?

None of the "What's New" information I've seen about the 2021s says that it's available, and the dealer I've been working with doesn't have an answer (as far as they can tell, the answer is no), but on the Kia site when you do a Build, it shows them as an option to be added (see below).

I asked my service advisor and the parts guy at my Kia Dealership...they said there is no kit to add on Fog lights on the ‘21 EX’s as of yet. And they were not sure if they could be ordered from the factory either. We will have to see what happens in a few month.

I have the fog lights on order as an option with my standard EX.

I know its an old thread but the dealer i asked about this shows the grill and both lights are about $1000 total. They were not sure if the plugs are there or if the computer needs to be "told" the lights are there. Could always hardwire in with a switch.
