• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Finally picked up my black copper SXP - I am having a heck of a time getting the handle off on the back liftgate in change out my reverse lights. I am just scratching the plastic. I have looked in the Kia manual and can't for the life of me figure out how to get my lights changed. Is it different in the SX? Is there a trick to getting that handle off?

Try this thread.

You do not need a tool of any kind to get the handle removed. Only after the handle is removed do you need tools.

Open the hatch, grab the handle and twist - takes a good grip

Hopefully this video will help
