LED Reverse lights - just ordered

Well, I am sick of the crappy reverse lights and not being able to see much when backing out of my driveway, so I just ordered the LED replacement lights for the reverse lights on the Telly. Hope it makes at least "some" difference so that the camera isn't completely useless at night.

Just did this a few days ago. Makes you scratch your head why they designed taking the whole rear hatch cover off to change a few bulbs. My other cars have a small panel that directly comes off from behind the light location and whoala the bulb is right there! I can kind of understand why Kia might charge an hours labor for this. Actually it's not hard and worth while. One wonders why didn't they just put an led there to begin with.

Just saying that Autozone has them in Sylvania ZEVO for the sizes needed. I have used differing offbrands from Amazon with mixed success. These have a lifetime warranty if that means anything.

As I mentioned in the other thread, it will look noticeably brighter for objects up close to the tail lights compared to the stock incandescents. About 10 ft away. But don’t expect them to light up a dark road or driveway as bright as your LED headlights do.
