• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I am a 5'11", 200 lbs man and while driving long trips with my left hand holding the steering wheel, I always feel my left elbow is left hanging in the air since the left door handle is too low for my elbow to lean on.

Does anyone feel the same? Do you have any solution. I browsed through Amazon and couldn't find anything perfect...

You can tilt the steering a little down and/or pull it toward you if that helps.

TWW,

Did you ever find a solution? That was the first thing in noticed on a test drive.

No, not yet. I do not a lot of long trips so it does not bother me too much for now.

Major flaw on the Telly. Left armrest too low. It was a big turn off for me to.

Never noticed it before reading this. I do have long arms if that matters.

Most arm rests are low on the door. It's in a comfortable place when I rest my arm while driving right handed. I think it's a distance thing rather than height. I can grab the wheel low with my right arm resting on the console arm rest but it's a stretch on the left. They're about the same height. I also tuck my leg in close at times and rest my arm on my leg.

Found this at our Dollar store for $4, it was marketed as a yoga accessory. It's 4x6x9 inches. Works great on a longer drive & comesi n 2 heights 😁

Found this at the Dollar store for $4. It's 4x6x9" firm foam. They marketed it as a yoga accesory. Works great & is adjustable 😁

Noticed this too. This problem along with the lack of fore/aft adjustment of the headrest may be a deal-breaker. Everything else about the vehicle is great, but, seating comfort is so important.

Just purchased a 2024 Telluride did not notice that until I had it for a few days and then I felt the same way- my is hanging in the air getting tired. It's enough of a problem that I'm going to find a solution Even If it means making some kind of custom foam thing and covering it with leather. I did see a post with someone suggesting using one of these the Yoga blocks which I have haven't tried that I'm going to at least as an. Interim solution.

Anyone find a solution to this? Inherited my wife’s telluride and am considering trading it in because the armrest situation is horrid.
