• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... When doing a spec comparison, I noticed there’s over an inch less headroom in the second row of the SX vs EX presumably due to the second sunroof.
Anybody happen to compare the two in person, and notice the difference?
Space is a major selling point for me in the Telly, and while I like the second sunroof option, I’m not sure I want to lose headroom for it. Just me?

Amen, plenty of headroom in the SX throughout.

yea, Ive sat in all 3 rows of ours (6 feet tall) and had plenty of room in all 3 of them.

Seriously even with the 1 inch less head room. No one can complain. Telluride has class leading headroom

Agreed, don’t let this minute detail deter you from enjoying all the benefits the SX trim has to offer over the EX trim. Unless you didn't care for the SX trim feature upgrades in general to begin with.

Agreed. I posted this in another thread - but if you are looking at the EX with the premium package to get the LED headlights - then it is only a $3K jump to the SX which gets a ton of content for a very small change in price. Worth it over the life of the vehicle.

We have the SX and hubby is 6'6. Plenty of headroom for him.

With the 2nd sunroof there is less headroom in the SX. My son who is just over 6' brushes his head against the head liner with the 2nd row seat in a non-reclined position. Even less head room in the 3rd row.

Overall the headroom in the Telluride is much better than other vehicles. I was ready top purchase a Pacifica Minivan, but the headroom in the minivan was much worse.
It is just too bad the Telluride does not pass the plywood test.

I'm 5'11" and I feel fine on all three rows of my SXP
